Horrible Bunn product that breaks down within 5 months
"If you have any source of lime, Bunn's Imix-5 valve kit will stop working. The machine will allow water to constantly drip through the front product dispense tubes. Even with a 3M hot beverage commercial filter, Bunn's valve kit is cheaply made. Bunn claims a 2 year parts and labor warranty, but they lie and deny will any service work. They only cover manufacture defects even though their valve kits are cheaply made compared to Grindmaster and Curtis. They will bill you $75 per hour plus a $75 travel charge. Their replacement parts are very expensive. We had a Grandmaster pic-5 for 12 years which never did this. Look into a Curtis or Grindmaster to save your money & time."
