The Blodgett INVOQ62BLE full-size oven is a single, full-size unit capable of holding five racks. To keep the racks secure, the interior features two side racks with fixed, non-tilt rails. The unit’s LED lighting illuminates the cavity for clear visibility. The unit utilizes a stainless steel interior and exterior that's resistant to dents and corrosion, while the stainless steel door is equipped with a two-step safety handle for simplified use. Encouraging user safety, the structure is contact resistant to 158 degrees, and to ensure a proper drain pipe connection, it sits on 5-inch adjustable legs.

The Blodgett INVOQ62BLE full-size oven is simple to operate via its side-mounted touchscreen that features five cooking modes and seven operating modes. It’s fully boilerless and functions with a self-contained heat and water system that enables steam or convection cooking. This touchscreen has the capability to hold 1,500 recipes uploaded via Cloud connectivity or a USB port. Employees can initiate the CaryCyle system or the hand shower to keep the unit clean.
