Blodgett IMV-4E Description
Built with four independently controlled cooking chambers, the Blodgett IMV-4E ImVection oven enables operators to cook multiple menu items simultaneously. Each chamber has its own catalytic converter and automatically switches between impingement and convection cooking based on the selected temperature. The unit accommodates standard half-size baking pans in a front-to-back position, 16-inch round pizza pans, or full-size 12 x 20 hotel pans. Its programmable control system can store more than 100 multi-stage recipes, and the temperature range spans from 300 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Blodgett IMV-4E oven is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides for durability, while its 304 stainless steel chamber interior resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. It includes two independent hinged doors with removable inner glass and a low-emissivity coating to improve heat retention. Each chamber has a wire rack, two jet plates, and a hidden temperature thermocouple. The oven features a meat probe cooking function, dual independent heating elements, and four variable-speed blowers to maintain consistent airflow. For added flexibility, this model is ventless and designed for open kitchen environments.
