The Blodgett BLCT-6-6E half-size combi oven is a double-oven design that stacks one BLCT-6E oven on top of another, offering enhanced capacity and versatility for commercial kitchens. Each oven accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans, providing a combined total of 10 pans across both ovens. This stacked combination oven is constructed with 430 stainless steel for the sides, tops, and backs, and 304 stainless steel for the bottoms, doors, and interiors, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The unit features dual-pane tempered Cool Touch doors with drip trays mounted below and 1 4⁄7-inch fixed center drains for efficient water management. Included with the oven is a sturdy stand with adjustable feet for stability, while bright halogen interior lights improve visibility during operation.

The Blodgett BLCT-6-6E electric combi oven combines advanced technology with user-friendly functionality. Two touch screen controls allow operators to independently manage each oven, storing up to 500 recipes with multiple steps for streamlined cooking. Multiple cooking modes, including hot air, combi, retherm, and steaming, are supported by an injection steam system for efficient operation. Features such as programmable vent release, automatic humidity pulsing, advanced rack timers, and reversible 9-speed fans ensure precise results. Internal core temperature probes provide accurate temperature monitoring, while the Automated CombiWash system reduces cleaning time and effort. A USB port allows HACCP documentation and service diagnostics, making this oven a versatile and efficient solution for high-volume operations.
