Blodgett BC-20E Description
The Blodgett BC-20E roll-in combi oven is designed to support high-volume commercial kitchens with its roll-in configuration, accommodating 14 full-size sheet pans or 28 full-size hotel pans. This unit comes with the TC-14 transport cart, which features 26 shelf positions and 10 wire shelves for efficient loading and unloading. Its stainless steel exterior and fully insulated cooking chamber ensure durability and energy-efficient operation. The dual-pane tempered glass door, which is right-hand hinged and includes a magnetic interlock, enhances safety and visibility during cooking.
Equipped with manual controls, the Blodgett BC-20E combi oven allows operators to set temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using a solid-state rotary dial thermostat. It offers four cooking modes: steam, hot air, combination steam/hot air, and cool down, supported by advanced features like Vario Steam® and steam-on-demand for precise humidity control. The self-contained, self-flushing steam generator reduces maintenance, while the deliming light notification alerts operators to perform cleaning. Additional components, such as a vented drain assembly, water pressure regulator, and hose and spray assembly, contribute to seamless operation.
