The Doyon PIZ6G triple deck oven is compact enough to sit on countertops, while LP gas can heat the unit to a maximum of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. At 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit cooks product in 5 to 6 minutes and heats up in 15 to 20 minutes. Cook time is displayed on the digital timer, and to ensure uniform baking, a reversing fan system evenly distributes heat. Perforated decks crisp the bottom and edges of pizzas, and withstanding high-volume use and easing cleaning, the Doyon PIZ6G triple deck oven has a stainless steel interior and exterior.
