The BakeMax BMMG001 meat grinder can process 485 pounds of meat per hour using two plates, one measuring 6 millimeters and one 8 millimeters. Powered by a 1-horsepower motor and precision gear drive, this unit operates with a forward and reverse switch. Attachments fit into the No. 12 hub, and the unit runs at 170 rotations per minute. In order for it to be wiped clean after each use, the unit has a durable stainless steel construction.
