The BakeMax BMGF003 countertop bread slicer is a gravity-feed model designed for slicing soft-crust bread into uniform 9 9⁄16-inch portions. Featuring a compact, space-saving footprint, this unit accepts loaves up to 15 inches in length and 6 inches in height. Its gravity chute holds multiple loaves, advancing them toward the blades with a spring-loaded mechanism. The slicer uses 25 precision blades and includes a last loaf pusher to help reduce direct hand contact with cutting components. Once sliced, bread can be easily transferred into bags using the integrated bagging scoop. This unit supports continuous-use environments such as bakeries, hotel kitchens, and grocery store prep stations.
