APW Wyott XTRM-2H Description
The APW Wyott XTRM-2H X*Treme™ horizontal conveyor toaster has a 10.5-inch-wide by 3-inch-tall product opening that fits large bagels and English muffins. As these products move through the chamber on the conveyor, the heating elements toast them to an ideal darkness, and operators can control how dark the toast gets by adjusting the variable speed dial instead of a temperature dial—the slower the conveyor moves, the darker the toast gets. In an hour, this unit can toast 600 slices of bread.
Because the APW Wyott XTRM-2H commercial conveyor toaster has a stainless steel housing, it's rust resistant and quick to wipe clean. Users have convenient access to the unit's conveyor and crumb tray for cleaning. Its high-temperature bearings don't require lubrication or maintenance, but if other parts demand servicing, its side panel can be removed for internal access.
