APW Wyott W-9 Description
To ensure a long service life in high-volume environments, the APW W-9 countertop food warmer is made of stainless steel. This simple-to-clean metal resists rusting, corroding, and scratching. For further durability, it features a long-lasting, tubular heating element. To protect internal components and the countertop from heat damage, the unit's sides, well, and bottom are built with insulation.
The APW W-9 food warmer's temperature can be adjusted using thermostatic controls. Accepting one 1⁄3-sized food pan, it has a capacity of 7 quarts and can be used in wet and dry applications. To improve strength and streamline cleaning, it features a deep-drawn, one-piece liner. Overall, this unit measures 14 1⁄4 inches wide, 8 1⁄2 inches deep, and 10 1⁄4 inches high.
