APW Wyott ECO 4000-350L Description
The monitored system in the APW ECO 4000-350L conveyor toaster ensures bread is toasted consistently with the upper and lower metal-sheathed heating elements. For loading product into the 1 1⁄2-inch opening to begin the toasting cycle, the unit features a superfeeder. For high-volume use, this toaster makes 350 pieces per hour, while programmable buttons enable quick operation. When toast is finished, it self-dispenses into the slide-out bread drawer.
While the exterior of the unit remains cool to the touch for safety purposes, the APW ECO 4000-350L conveyor toaster is insulated to retain heat. It operates at variable speeds depending on how toasty users want the bread, and this can be adjusted using the analog controls. When operation slows down, this toaster has an idle mode that reduces the amount of energy used without completely turning off, so it is ready again as soon as needed.
