Its island style lets staff work from multiple sides, easing workflows during peak hours. A tall backsplash with a 2-inch return helps contain splashes, protecting nearby walls and equipment from messes.
Designed for efficiency, soil and clean sections on this Advance Tabco DTS-G70-48R island soil dishtable guide wares through rinsing to organized storage. The deep sink bowl keeps water in place while preventing splashes from reaching the floor. Tile edges fit tightly against counters, leaving no gaps where food debris can collect and cleaning becomes harder.
