For safety purposes, the Rubbermaid FGST24EPLRD Defenders® square step trash can is made of fire-safe steel, which is also durable and rust resistant. It has a front step pedal for hands-free use and has the capacity to hold 13 gallons of waste. Offering protection to the walls and surrounding areas, this unit includes a restraint mechanism, and to prevent trash bags from sliding down, a retainer band keeps them secure. A plastic liner in the trash can prevents liquids from leaking out and causing a mess. This unit measures 15 inches wide by 15 inches deep and 30 inches in height.
