The Rubbermaid FG9W3300BLA pole cigarette receptacle has a weighted base and bolt holes to secure it to the ground, preventing it from tipping on windy days. To reduce the risks of theft or tampering, the urn comes with padlock tabs. This unit accommodates 1,200 cigarette butts and measures 13 inches in diameter by 39 inches high. To keep out water, the cap is curved. Cigarettes can be deposited from any angle through the unit's 360-degree opening, and unobstructed funnels prevent jamming.
