Frymaster PF80LP Description
By removing carbon and sediment, the Frymaster PF80LP commercial fryer filter extends the life of oil. It takes oil from the tank and moves it through a system of paper and powder that catches particles. This unit can filter 80 pounds of oil at a time since its pump moves 4 gallons of oil per minute. If the pump nozzle is placed in the sediment cold zone, it will suck in particles and get clogged, though it can be reversed to discharge this sediment. The low-profile design of the Frymaster PF80LP fryer filter fits under most fryers, while its casters ensure convenient transporting and storing.

Works great but...
Overall, pleased with the machine. Needs some tweaks to make a 'great' piece of equipment. Like, needs a holder for the wand/hose when the cover is off and draining oil. be nice if there was a disconnect so you could remove/clean the hose out. Needs to have a bottom drain so you can get ALL the old oil out of the vat to ensure you have a clean machine each and every time. Those are just a couple of my observations after using just a couple of times.
