Frymaster 803-0103 Description
Designed to extend the life of fryer oil, the Frymaster 803-0103 fryer screen catches sediment and crumbs to prevent them from building up on the heating elements. Sediment buildup on a fryer's elements can burn and leave a foul taste in the oil. This screen is meant to be placed below the fryer basket in GF40, H55, and MJ150 fryers. Overall, it measures 12 1⁄2 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 6 1⁄2 inches high.
