Server 86810 Description
The Server Products 86810 Signature Touch™ base with drop-in bottle holder is great for holding warm syrups and sauces customers can drizzle over ice cream, fried snacks, and pancakes. This base can hold three 16-ounce, high-density squeeze bottles. Compact size and simple controls make it easy to warm fruit syrups, chocolate, and caramel to appropriate serving temperatures. The stainless steel construction promotes durability and makes cleaning hassle free, and for reliable heating and holding, the holder has a 500-watt heating element. The adjustable, pre-calibrated thermostat creates accurate heat control by sensing the temperature of the water bath and turns the heating element on and off as needed. The drop-in holder is easily removed for cleaning. The Server Products 86810 base with a drop-in bottle holder has a water fill line to prevent overflow accidents.

This is my 2nd unit i just bought
I keep chocolates warm to squeeze on my donuts
I would buy this dispenser again.
We had an issue with the fudge growing mold. Didn't matter what we did to prevent but it persisted. We used the pump style with the heater portion on the spout only. Got this dispenser and not having the problem. Heats quickly. The bottles that come with it have the smaller opening. Get the wide mouth bottles.
I would buy this product again.
I haven't had a chance to use this product, but it is as I expected. Great product!

This is fantastic~! I love being able to hot hold my ice cream sauces and even cheese sauce in smaller amounts~! Hold temp of 125 is right and not a drop more....it squirts out insane fast if too hot. We will be getting another so I can have one in the kitchen and one out in the front for ice cream toppings. Def recommended for those who do not go through massive amounts of sauces/toppings at a time.
