The Server 85790 pump style condiment dispenser dispenses hot fudge and caramel from 48-ounce pouches. Since the unit keeps one pouch warming in a reserve position, the operator can easily change out empty pouches. The pump evacuates 98 percent of the pouch’s contents to reduce product waste, and one stroke dispenses as much as 1 ounce, adjustable in 1⁄8-ounce increments. The exterior of the Server 85790 pump style condiment dispenser remains clean through service to minimize product waste and facilitate cleanup.
