The Server 85783 pump style condiment dispenser is ideal for serving thick condiments and those including a significant amount of particulates. A single stroke dispenses 1 ounce or less in 1⁄8 increments, which enables consistent servings that can help control food costs. The pump is constructed of stainless steel, which is durable and resistant to corrosion.
The manually-operated system is designed to provide smooth dispensing, which should mean it does not slow or splatter when the supply is low. The pouch support can be used with 1 1⁄2-gallon, 16-millimeter-fitment and 3-gallon, 38-millimeter-connector pouches. The unit is designed to be mounted in 1 3⁄4-inch-thick countertops. The Server 85783 pump style condiment dispenser can be cleaned in place or disassembled.
