Server 83720 Description
The Server 83720 pump-style condiment dispenser is meant to be installed into a 20 1⁄4-inch-wide by 8 7⁄8-inch-deep drop-in cutout to ensure thick sauces and condiments are cool for serving. Its insulated base preserves chill for even cooling, and each jar can be chilled with a Server universal ice pack (sold separately) or ice. To offer several dispensing options, four 3 1⁄2-quart jars are included. Overall, this unit measures 20 1⁄8 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 6 7⁄16 inches high.
Each of the Server 83720 condiment dispenser's jars has a correlating dispensing pump that can dispense 1 1⁄4 ounces of product, which helps save on cost while providing consistent servings. Operators can adjust portion sizes in 1⁄8-ounce increments as needed. The stainless steel pumps can be wiped clean without removal, and the unit's brushed stainless steel finish resists rust and corrosion while hiding fingerprints.
