Server 83700 Description
Compatible with countertop applications, the Server 83700 pump station is made of durable stainless steel and measures 20 1⁄8 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 18 11⁄16 inches high. Ideal for food prep areas, its four 3 1⁄2-quart jars accommodate thick sauces and condiments meant to be cooled. Its insulated base can maintain cool temperatures for as long as 4 hours and prevent condensation from forming on the exterior. To ensure condiments remain cool, operators can replace ice or ice packs in each jar.
Each jar in the Server 83700 pump station has a correlating pump that dispenses as much as 1 1⁄4 ounces for consistent servings; these portions can be reduced in 1⁄8-ounce increments as needed. Black knobs built onto the pumps create a cohesive look that blends in with common themes.
