The Metro X436G4 starter shelving unit has four tiers of shelves to store items such as pots and mixing bowls when not in use. Enabling kitchen staff to place heavy items on it, it can hold as many as 2,000 pounds. If being used for food storage, the shelving unit's open-grid shelves provide ideal ventilation to preserve product.
