Metro RD78N Description
The Metro RD78N pan rack uses a pass-thru design and open sides to support efficient loading and unloading in busy kitchens, bakeries, and food prep areas. Measuring 24 3 ⁄8 inches wide by 26 inches deep, this mobile rack holds up to 13 full-size 26-inch by 18-inch sheet pans on slides spaced 4 1 ⁄2 inches apart. Its riveted, angle-type aluminum frame provides strength while remaining lightweight for frequent movement.
Built of high-strength extruded aluminum, the Metro RD78N pan rack withstands repeated use in transport, storage, and cold storage applications such as refrigerators and freezers. Adjustable Vari-Slides accommodate multiple pan types, while reinforced corner angles and stabilizer rods enhance rigidity under heavy loads. Five-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, provide smooth mobility and controlled positioning during staging and transport.
