This Metro C5T9D-ASF C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ heavy-duty mobile cabinet features a dual-cavity configuration that can improve organization for precooked foods with varying warming requirements. Operators can adjust each cabinet's temperature independently with the top-mounted, electromechanical thermostat, while its analog thermometer provides a constant temperature readout for the cavities, even when the unit isn't in use. Its ducted convection heating system warms the cavity and rapidly recovers temperature changes to ensure product is warm for serving. It circulates temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet's sides, top, base, and rear wall are insulated with polyurethane to minimize temperature fluctuations.

A solid stainless steel Dutch door correlates with each Metro C5T9D-ASF heated cabinet cavity, so operators can access a specific section, which can help retain temperatures. Fixed lip-load slides line the cavities' interiors, accommodating (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans or (16) GN 2/1 pans. To preserve the unit's original appearance, polymer panels built into the cabinet's sides protect it from door handles and panic bars that could create unsightly dents and scuffs. Its steel-reinforced polymer handles double as bumpers to protect the unit from damage if it smashes into a wall or furniture. Overall, this type 304 stainless steel unit measures 30 inches wide by 39¹/₄ inches deep by 73⁷/₈ inches high and is furnished with 6-inch swivel casters.
