Metro C5T8-DSF Description
The Metro C5T8-DSF 5⁄6-height heated cabinet has fixed lip-load slides spaced 117/25inches apart that accommodate as many as (14) GN 2/1 or (28) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch food pans. Because the stainless steel cabinet has reinforced polymer handles and panels for protection, it's great for heavy use while preventing rust and minor dents or scratches. Casters bolted to the solid steel bottom are sturdy and provide reliable movement from kitchen to service.
The digital thermostatic controls on the Metro C5T8-DSF mobile heated cabinet let operators set the unit to a temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Should the cabinet's temperature remain outside of the operating range for more than five minutes, an alarm will sound three times every ten seconds until it recovers. While this cabinet is plugged in, it simultaneously charges a battery pack used to power a fan inside the cabinet, preventing cold spots during transit.
