Metro C599-SFS-LPFS Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (35) Pan Capacity, 120v

Operators can use this Metro C599-SFS-LPFS C5® 9 series heated holding cabinet to control heat and humidity so foods remain warm for hours without drying out. Heat can be adjusted from 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while humidity levels can be altered relative to temperatures. Tubular heating elements and ducted airflow systems create gentle, natural convective air circulation for uniform results, and high-density fiberglass insulation retains heat when the unit isn't plugged in or is stored in cool ambient environments. The intuitive top-mounted touchscreen control panel is simple to navigate and features auto-start, programmable recipes and timers, HACCP data logging, alarms for low temperature and water, and a password-protected control-lock feature.

Because the Metro C599-SFS-LPFS heated holding and proofing cabinet is a pass-thru model, employees can access pans from the front or back, and solid, insulated full-length doors encase both sides to minimize heat loss. Inside the cabinet, lip-load slides secured on 3-inch stainless steel uprights accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans—ideal for high-volume holding. For serving, cleaning, or performing maintenance, this 30-inch-wide by 36³/₈-inch-deep by 74³/₄-inch-high cabinet is fitted with 5-inch casters that can be pushed across smooth surfaces. Its polymer handles simplify steering, while the nonmarking polymer base bumper protects walls from impacts. To preserve its original look throughout heavy-duty use, its stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear.
