Metro C599-SDS-LPDS Description
Rugged, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean, the Metro C599-SDS-LPDS holding cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel. It's a full-height, pass-thru model that accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. To preserve heat for extended periods of holding, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. Operators can adjust its temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using intuitive touchscreen controls, and to prevent unauthorized modifications, it features a password-protected control lock.
The Metro C599-SDS-LPDS heated cabinet is mounted on 5-inch casters to enable mobility through a medical facility, event venue, or dining hall. To protect doorframes and surrounding equipment as it's being moved, it's equipped with a non-marking polymer bumper that also functions as a drip trough for simplified cleaning. If low-temperature or low-water levels are detected, alarms will notify operators. This unit measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high overall.
