Metro C599-SDS-L Description
Designed for mobility, the Metro C599-SDS-L holding cabinet is furnished with 5-inch casters. It features extruded aluminum lip-load slides and accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Operators can access the interior through a single set of Dutch doors, and to preserve heat, it's insulated with high-density fiberglass. This unit has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and features intuitive touchscreen controls. Its non-marking polymer bumper protects surrounding equipment during transit and doubles as a drip trough for simple cleanup.
Suitable for high-volume environments, the Metro C599-SDS-L heating and proofing cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion; this metal is also simple to wipe clean. Its control panel is password protected to prevent accidental or unauthorized temperature adjustments, and to extend holding times and optimize product quality, it features low-temperature and low-water alarms. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 36 3⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high.
