Metro C599-SDC-LPDS Description
To protect nearby equipment during transit as well as simplify cleaning, the Metro C599-SDC-LPDS heated holding cabinet features a non-marking polymer bumper that doubles as a drip trough. It's a full-height, pass-thru model that accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Because it's constructed of stainless steel, it's corrosion resistant, durable, and simple to wipe clean. This unit is fitted with 5-inch casters so operators can wheel it throughout a dining hall, event venue, or medical facility.
The Metro C599-SDC-LPDS proofing and holding cabinet is built with high-density fiberglass insulation to preserve heat and reduce temperature fluctuations. To optimize product quality, it features alarms that notify operators if the unit's temperature or water levels fall below the desired range. Using intuitive touchscreen controls, operators can adjust the temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its password-protected control lock prevents unauthorized temperature modifications. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
