Metro C597-SFC-U Description
The Metro C597-SFC-U heated cabinet features universal wire slides and accommodates (13) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. To accommodate various holding needs, it has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and its high-density fiberglass insulation helps preserve heat. This unit is mounted on 5-inch casters for comfortable transportation throughout a medical facility, event venue, or dining hall. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 623/4 inches high.
To extend its service life in high-volume settings, the Metro C597-SFC-U holding cabinet is made of long-lasting stainless steel—a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. To protect furniture and surrounding equipment during transit, it's built with a non-marking polymer bumper that also functions as a drip trough to streamline cleaning. This unit features intuitive touchscreen controls that include a password-protected control lock to prevent unauthorized or accidental adjustments.
