Metro C597-SFC-L Description
To optimize food quality during extended periods of holding, the Metro C597-SFC-L mobile holding cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to preserve heat. It also features alarms that alert operators when it detects low-temperature or low-water levels. Users can adjust the temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements fluctuate. For streamlined operation, it's equipped with intuitive touchscreen controls, an auto-start feature, and a password-protected control lock that prohibits unauthorized modifications.
Durable enough to endure high-volume use, the Metro C597-SFC-L heated cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's mounted on 5-inch casters so employees can comfortably wheel it throughout a dining hall, event venue, or long-term care facility. To protect furniture and surrounding equipment during transit, it's equipped with a non-marking polymer bumper that doubles as a drip trough. Overall, this 3⁄4-height unit measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 623/4 inches high.
