Metro C595-SFS-LPFS Description
To extend its service life in fast-paced commercial settings, the Metro C595-SFS-LPFS mobile heated cabinet is made of strong, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's a half-height, pass-thru model equipped with a solid door on the front and back of the cabinet. For mobility, it's positioned on four 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to secure the unit in place as needed. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 443/4 inches high.
The Metro C595-SFS-LPFS holding cabinet is equipped with extruded aluminum lip-load slides and accommodates (17) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Using intuitive touchscreen controls, operators can modify its temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent unauthorized adjustments, it features a password-protected control lock. So heat won't seep out of the cabinet, it's insulated with high-density fiberglass. This unit is equipped with low-water and low-temperature alarms to maintain product quality for extended periods of holding.
