Metro C595-SFS-LPFC Description
As a half-height model, the Metro C595-SFS-LPFC holding and proofing cabinet measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 443/4 inches high. Its pass-thru configuration enables access from either side, and while the front is fitted with a solid door, the rear door is made of transparent glass. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable, rust resistant, and simple to wipe clean. It has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent unauthorized adjustments, it features a password-protected control lock.
Designed with extruded aluminum lip-load slides, the Metro C595-SFS-LPFC heated cabinet accommodates (17) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Operators can make temperature adjustments using precise and intuitive touchscreen controls, and to ensure product is held at ideal levels of heat and humidity, it features low-temperature and low-water alarms. This unit is built with high-density fiberglass insulation to preserve heat. For mobility, it's mounted on four 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to lock the cabinet in place.
