Metro C589-SFS-LPFS Description
Great for heavy use, the Metro C589-SFS-LPFS insulated mobile heated cabinet is made of durable stainless steel that resists rust and minor dents. Full-perimeter, high-density fiberglass insulation helps retain heat while a low-temperature alarm ensures staff will be notified if the holding temperature has been too low for more than five minutes. This cabinet offers a temperature range between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit that's sustained through the ducted heating system, which circulates air to prevent cold spots and temperature irregularities.
The Metro C589-SFS-LPFS heated cabinet is a full-height, pass-thru model measuring 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches tall. It accommodates a maximum of (35) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, and a set of casters affixed to the bottom of the cabinet enable it to glide through banquet halls.
