Metro C589-SFC-LPFS Description
The Metro C589-SFC-LPFS insulated heated cabinet has one solid door and one tempered glass door for pass-thru use. The solid door helps retain warm air, while the glass door provides a look inside the cabinet without having to open it. The control panel is top mounted to improve access when reading the solid-state controller, accessing the memory recall button, and adjusting the temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A low-temp alarm will alert employees if temperatures drop to unsafe levels.
Positioned on 5-inch casters, the Metro C589-SFC-LPFS full-height heated cabinet can be rolled through a banquet hall to streamline foodservice. The cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to reduce energy loss and is made of stainless steel to provide durability. Using 3-inch lip-load slides, the unit can accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. Overall, this structure measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep and 743/4 inches high.
