Metro C589-SFC-LPFC Description
Suitable for long-term commercial use, the Metro C589-SFC-LPFC insulated mobile heated cabinet is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it's insulated with high-density fiberglass to reduce heat and energy loss. If the temperature drops below the lower limit selected by the operator, an alarm will sound to alert nearby employees. Temperature adjustments are achieved using the top-mounted control panel, and a memory recall function pulls up the most recently used settings with the push of a button.
The Metro C589-SFC-LPFC full-height heated cabinet accommodates (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans on its 3-inch lip-load slides. Overall, the structure measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high. Product can be accessed from both sides of the cabinet due to its pass-thru design. To streamline foodservice, the unit is built with 5-inch casters to provide mobility.
