Metro C589-SDS-U Description
Made of wire, the Metro C589-SDS-U insulated mobile heated cabinet's universal slides have gaps that facilitate improved airflow to ensure uniform heating of product. They can be adjusted in 1 1⁄2-inch increments and accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch food pans. To prevent unwanted changes, the digital control panel is mounted at the top and out of the way, and it can be used to adjust the temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Metro C589-SDS-U full-height heated cabinet uses a ducted heating system to rapidly recover lost temperatures, and if the levels drop too low, an alarm alerts employees. The unit is designed to heat up rapidly. To reduce energy loss, it contains full-perimeter, high-density fiberglass insulation. Great for heavy-duty use, this 29 1⁄8-inch-wide by 32 5⁄8-inch-deep by 74 3⁄4-inch-high unit is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel.
