Metro C589-SDS-LPDS Description
The Metro C589-SDS-LPDS heated cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to ensure heat is retained inside the cabinet. The Dutch doors are solid to further reduce heat loss, and they are positioned on each side of the unit to enable pass-thru operation. Great for use in foodservice establishments where product must be served to customers, this unit is made mobile by 5-inch casters. Constructed of stainless steel, the cabinet is durable enough to withstand heavy use.
The 3-inch lip-load slides in the Metro C589-SDS-LPDS full-height insulated heated cabinet accommodate as many as (34) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. The temperature selection varies from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls. An alarm notifies employees to check on food if the temperature remains too low for more than five minutes. Using its ducted heating system, it rapidly warms and recovers from heat loss to ensure food is held at ideal serving temperatures.
