Metro C589-SDC-UPDC Description
The Metro C589-SDC-UPDC mobile heated cabinet operates within the range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted using top-mounted digital controls. An alarm will sound if the temperature drops too low, and a push-button memory recall feature enables employees to view key settings. To reduce recovery times and enable rapid heat up, this unit operates with a digitally controlled ducted heating system.
To streamline foodservice, the Metro C589-SDC-UPDC full-height heated cabinet sits on 5-inch casters for mobility. Double-pane glass doors on both sides of the unit promote interior visibility and permit pass-thru use. The full perimeter of the cabinet contains high-density fiberglass insulation, reducing the loss of energy and heat. Durable for high-volume use, this unit is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
