Metro C585-SFS-LPFS 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (17) Pan Capacity, 120v

To produce consistent results, this Metro C585-SFS-LPFS C5™ 8 series controlled temperature holding cabinet's solid-state controller uses a continuous, closed-loop monitoring system that thoroughly tracks internal cabinet temperatures. Operators can adjust the top-mounted controls quickly, and if temperatures drop unexpectedly, an alarm will sound. The unit's digitally controlled ducted heating system generates temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, heating the cabinet's interior and recovering lost heat quickly. To accommodate various food textures, an integral water pan system adds passive humidity to preserve the consistency of any items in the cabinet.

The Metro C585-SFS-LPFS holding cabinet's pass-thru design enables operators to retrieve and load pans from the front or back. To prevent temperature fluctuations when the doors are opened for short periods of time, they're both made of solid, fully insulated stainless steel. Lip-load slides are built into the cabinet that accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Both the interior and exterior are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for durability. To streamline maneuvering, this half-height unit is secured on four 5-inch casters—two of which brake for stabilization.
