Metro C585-SFC-LPFS Description
The Metro C585-SFC-LPFS controlled temperature holding cabinet has a pass-thru design and is accessible from both sides. This cabinet is ideal for placement in a space where two stations need to share the same heated holding space. The fixed lip-load slides can hold (17) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The first door of the cabinet has a window with double-pane tempered glass, and the second door is solid aluminum. Both doors are self-closing and field reversible with flush pull handles that do not take up any extra space.
The digital control panel on the Metro C585-SFC-LPFS insulated heated holding cabinet is mounted at the top to ensure ease of access and prevent accidental damage from staff walking about the kitchen. The temperature dial permits adjustments to the cabinet's temperature, which ranges from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A low-temperature alarm beeps three times every ten seconds should the temperature remain too low for more than 5 minutes. A memory recall feature enables staff to quickly activate previously used settings.
