Metro C585-SFC-LPFC Description
The Metro C585-SFC-LPFC controlled temperature heated holding cabinet has a pass-thru design and is constructed of resilient stainless steel. The glass doors of the cabinet are clear, permitting operators to readily discern what is available in the cabinet without opening them. Casters attached to the bottom of the cabinet enable it to be moved between stations. The fixed, lip-load slides accommodate 17 sheet pans measuring 18 inches long by 26 inches wide. Ducted heating helps prevent food from drying out because it forces air to the sides of the cabinet rather than directly over the food. A water pan in the bottom of the cabinet supplies passive humidity to assist in preserving food quality.
Because the control panel on the Metro C585-SFC-LPFC controlled temperature holding cabinet is mounted at the top of the unit, it provides full access and helps prevent damage from accidental collisions. The cabinet offers a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and a low-temperature alarm ensures that operators are aware if the temperature is too low for more than 5 minutes. Memory recall is a useful function that enables staff to effortlessly re-select previous temperature settings.
