Metro C569-SDS-LPDC Description
To provide long-lasting durability in commercial settings, the Metro C569-SDS-LPDC C5™ 6 series heating holding cabinet is made of stainless steel that resists scratching, rusting, and corroding. Its operating temperature range is 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and, to preserve warmth in the cabinet, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. Because it's furnished with casters, users can transport it throughout a dining hall or event venue. Overall, this unit measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
The Metro C569-SDS-LPDC heated holding cabinet's ducted heating system optimizes performance, shortens recovery times, and heats the unit quickly. To accommodate various holding needs, its lip-load slides can hold (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. This unit also features an integral water pan, which delivers passive humidity to the cabinet, preventing foods from drying. Enabling users to monitor the temperature, it's equipped with an analog thermometer.
