Metro C569-SDC-U Description
For strength to withstand high-volume use, the Metro C569-SDC-U C5™ 6 series heating holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, which resists corrosion and rust and is simple to clean. It's positioned on 5-inch casters for mobility, enabling users to wheel it throughout venues or dining rooms; to preserve heat inside the cabinet, this unit is insulated with high-density fiberglass. It can accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch pans.
The temperature of the Metro C569-SDC-U mobile holding cabinet can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls, and an always-on analog thermometer reads an accurate temperature. To optimize food quality as well as performance, it's designed with an integral water pan and an efficient ducted heating system. This full-height, reach-in model measures 291/8 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
