Metro C569-SDC-LPDC Description
To optimize performance and food quality, the Metro C569-SDC-LPDC C5™ 6 series heated cabinet operates with ducted heating and integral water pan systems; the latter adds passive humidity to the air. Its lip-load slides can accommodate (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Using top-mounted controls, operators can adjust the temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate different needs. Overall, this unit measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
To defend against corrosion and streamline cleaning, the Metro C569-SDC-LPDC heated holding cabinet is made of durable stainless steel. It's mounted on casters to support mobile applications and is insulated with high-density fiberglass to reduce heat loss and improve efficiency. A constant temperature readout is provided by the unit's reliable analog thermometer. Because it's a pass-thru model, operators can access the cabinet from Dutch doors on either side of the unit.
