Metro C569L-SDS-U Description
The Metro C569L-SDS-U C5™ 6 series heated cabinet operates with a ducted heating system that heats quickly, shortens recovery times, and improves performance. Using an integral water pan system, it adds passive humidity to the cabinet, which helps improve food quality by preventing the food from drying out. This full-height model is equipped with a single set of solid Dutch doors and measures 291/8 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high. Using top-mounted controls, operators can adjust the temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
A practical choice for use in cafeterias, event venues, and dining halls, the Metro C569L-SDS-U heated holding cabinet furnished with 5-inch casters for mobility. It accommodates (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, and its universal wire slides can be adjusted in 11⁄2-inch increments. Durable to support high-volume use, this unit's interior and exterior are made of easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
