Metro C569L-SDS-LPDC Description
Constructed of stainless steel, the Metro C569L-SDS-LPDC C5™ heated holding cabinet can endure heavy use without rusting, scratching, or corroding. To preserve warm air, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation and positioned on 5-inch casters to enable mobility. It operates with a ducted heating system to shorten recovery times, and it uses an integral water pan system to add moisture to the air. This unit's universal wire slides are adjustable in 11⁄2-inch increments, and the unit accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans.
Using top-mounted controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Metro C569L-SDS-LPDC mobile holding cabinet from 70 to 200 degrees, and they can monitor this temperature on a reliable analog thermometer. Because it has a pass-thru configuration, the interior is accessible through a set of Dutch doors on the unit's front and back. Overall, this full-height model measures 291/8 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
