Metro C569L-SDC-UPDC Description
An ideal choice for dining halls, event venues, and cafeterias, the Metro C569L-SDC-UPDC C5™ heated holding cabinet is furnished with 5-inch casters. It can hold (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, and its universal wire slides are adjustable in 11⁄2-inch increments. For the strength to endure high-volume use, this unit's interior and exterior are made of simple-to-clean, rust-resistant stainless steel.
The Metro C569L-SDC-UPDC mobile heated cabinet operates with a ducted heating system that shortens recovery times, heats quickly, and improves performance. Using an integral water pan system, it adds passive humidity to the cabinet, which helps prevent food from drying out quickly. This full-height model is equipped with two sets of solid Dutch doors, and it measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high. Using top-mounted controls, operators can adjust its temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
