Metro C569L-SDC-LPDC Description
The Metro C569L-SDC-LPDC C5™ 6 series heated cabinet operates uses a ducted system that heats evenly and shortens recovery times to improve performance. It adds passive humidity to the cabinet with an integral water pan system that improves food quality by preventing it from drying out quickly. This full-height, pass-thru model has Dutch doors made of double-pane glass, and the unit measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high overall. Operators can adjust its temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls.
For durability to support everyday use, the Metro C569L-SDC-LPDC holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion and is simple to clean. It's mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility, enabling users to wheel it throughout an event venue or dining hall, and to preserve heat inside the cabinet, this unit is built with high-density fiberglass insulation.
