Metro C565-SFS-UPFS 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C565-SFS-UPFS C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet uses a ducted heating system that heats and recovers heat quickly to prevent temperature loss prior to serving. Its top-mounted thermostat can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and an analog thermometer provides a constant readout, even when the unit is off or unplugged. Operators can use the integral water pan system to increase moisture in the cabinet, preventing foods from drying out. To minimize energy use, its full perimeter is insulated with 2¹/₂-inch-thick high-density fiberglass.

As a pass-thru, half-height unit, the Metro C565-SFS-UPFS heated holding cabinet measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high and is made of corrosion-resistant, rigid stainless steel. The interior cabinet is lined with universal wire slides that adjust in 1¹/₂-inch increments and hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. Both sides are equipped with insulated solid doors that swing out, granting full access to the cabinet for quick loading and retrieval. Great for catering events, its 5-inch braking and swivel casters facilitate smooth maneuverability and stabilize the unit in place.
